Laura Estrada’s salsa recipe

Laura doesn’t like onions, but she  says to feel free to add onions to this recipe.

1 or 2 cans of diced tomatoes w/ jalapeños
2 ripe tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (vary for spiciness)
1/2 fresh squeezed lime
several dashes of Louisiana hot sauce or any hot sauce
spices include: Adobo, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, garlic powder, paprika
